"We had a gorgeous room, immaculate, lovely comfortable bed and great views of Bryant Park. Huge bathroom for NYC too. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The young Irish girl on reception (sorry we didn’t get your name) was brilliant - just overall such a good stay at the hotel. We have been returning to NYC for nearly 30 years, this was our first time here, we’d definitely return "

"The room was always kept spotlessly clean, making it very comfortable. Security was excellent, the location was good, and having a Whole Foods Market right opposite was very convenient. The airport shuttle bus stop is at Bryant Park, just a two-minute walk away. I would recommend this hotel."

"The house keeper, named Emie, is Chinese American. She is the most wonderful hotel house keeper who we ever meet. She loves her job and perform well in all her duty. On top of those, her customer services relationship (CSR) is perfect, not only with us though with all other guests, as we had seen. "I couldn’t be happier with the hard rock hotel. The employees throughout the experience were more than courteous and helpful. It was a huge plus that they sent up a refrigerator when I called to ask for one. That’s something many properties will not do for you, but they did and that helped preserve some expensive leftovers! The rooms were clean, to include the bathroom. I would highly highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Manhattan, especially Midtown"
