"The house keeper, named Emie, is Chinese American. She is the most wonderful hotel house keeper who we ever meet. She loves her job and perform well in all her duty. On top of those, her customer services relationship (CSR) is perfect, not only with us though with all other guests, as we had seen. "Staff were delightful"

"Great staff, quiet rooms. Location was perfect for our visit."

"Rooms are newly refurbished and overall hotel is neat and clean; room was clean. Perfect central location. Staff helpful at front desk. Housekeeping lady Sophia on our floor was very kind to our young son."
