"We needed a place during the airport strike. This hotel is nearby the airport with a shuttle bus starting 06:00 am in the morning. Approximately 5-10 minutes ride to the airport. It’s a bit pricey for the standard and neighborhood but of course near the airport. Small room and toilet. Strange separation of the shower and toilet but everything worked fine. A bit of a walk to the small village center. Couple of nice restaurants down the strip and a supermarket. Nice restaurant inside the hotel...

"Hi there. 1. The most important thing to know is that the access is by stairs, and the add does not show which floor the room is on. So think about us getting there and climbing eighty steps up the stairs with our luggage through a narrow stairway because our room was on the fourth floor. 2. The add misleads you by showing the exterior of a building just part of which is for the accommodation, so you get there and you think you have been scammed. 3. "Our room was not ready for check in by 3 pm and we were told to sit and wait and come back periodically to the reception desk to check on our room. On the 3rd trip to the desk at 4 pm and our room still not being ready I got a bit mad. At that point another person behind of the counter who seemed to be in charge suddenly found us another room that was ready. We got to our room and with the outdoor temperature close to 40 degrees Celsius we found that our air conditioning did not work. Back to...

"Very disappointing experience for a five-star hotel. Everything felt overpriced, and even basic things seemed to come with extra charges. Customer service was poor, housekeeping was inconsistent, and staff were not helpful. Traveling with a child, we even had difficulty getting an extra bottle of water. Overall, this hotel did not live up to its five-star rating and was not worth the price. We would not recommend it."

"Excellent views if you book a room on the higher floors. Room was very clean. Breakfast buffet very extensive but expect a very short wait for a table at rush hour. Friendly staff, close to high and low-end shops, metro and city centre."
