"My first choice when choosing a hotel in London. Staff are amazing, always make you feel welcome and that nothing is too much trouble. Have been 3 times in the last 6 months which says a lot, and will definitely be returning. So many nice bars and restaurants, and if you’re lucky enough to get a room at the front of the hotel, the views are amazing! 10/10"

"Our room was extremely dark! How do you pay for an upgraded king room and get zero natural light??? Weird! The location was great or what had planned or our stay, but the room was very disappointing! The staff "greeting" near the escalators on street level could be more helpful and friendly."

"No window? No problem. Tiny but adequate room. First hotel I've been in for a while where everything worked (except BBC 1 on the TV) and the staff were very efficient and helpful. We breakfasted at the Wetherspoons across the road - excellent. "
