"This is a no frills budget hotel, but for a night or two before a flight from Heathrow it is ideal. Walking distance from West Drayton station and bus outside to Heathrow if needed. Bottled water provided and a lovely welcome from Ali on reception. The place is spotlessly clean with plenty hot water for shower. We will use again when we have an early flight. "

The hotel itself is beautiful. The attention to detail is extraordinary from the Orwell library when you step in, to the cafe, to the rooms. The rooms include rain shower heads, heated towel racks and heated mirrors. There is a personal outdoor seating area where we able to quietly enjoy our hot tea that was provided. "Very easy to get to this hotel on the U3 bus from London Heathrow airport. Our room was large and comfortable. The room was very clean and the bed was also very comfortable. The breakfast was included in the price and was decent. For easy access to the airport for an early flight this hotel was a great option. "
