"The hotel is just across the central station so it’s very convenient for traveling around and for food. The breakfast is nice. Most of all we are very impressed by the receptionist, Hang Tran. He is so nice to welcome and take care of guests. We had good impressions of him from our stay last October. That’s why we chose to stay here again this time."

Gorgeous room, fab staff, interesting history, great location and lovely inclusive ethos: LGBT+ friendly - and very welcoming to all including us four straight ladies! Stayed in the junior suite which was beautifully designed with wooden floor, super-comfy bed, antiques and Morris & Co fabric. Loved the freestanding bath and free minibar. The other 2 in our group stayed in the apartment over the road - spacious, comfortable and with a great story! Lovely...
