I stayed at these hotel apartments and was very happy with the experience overall. The apartment was spacious, just like in the pictures, and had everything I needed for a comfortable long stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking very convenient. The location is relatively good—about 20 minutes to the city center including walking. The neighborhood is calm and quiet, even though it’s close to a main street. The only downside is that the underground station is about a 10-minute walk away. Communication could be improved since there’s no reception and everything is handled through WhatsApp. I had trouble getting extra pillows and only managed to get them after asking one of the cleaners. Also, the AC wasn’t working properly during my stay. Despite that, I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend this hotel for anyone planning a longer stay in Munich.

Room was large and comfortable. The small kitchen was useful. Service was not frequent enough (only once in my 11 days stay). The reception has a person to talk too only a few hours each day. The location is just outside the interesting areas of Munich. It is formally Schwabing, but too far north, so no restaurants or bars around.

Really useful apartment in nice area

This was a really nice apartment in a handy area for shops - though a little away from the centre of Munich. For me that was a plus, but good to know! All facilities were present and clearly signposted, which I really appreciated. Coffee machine in the apartment with some capsules was a lovely touch. My only snag was that the double bed is fairly small and there isn't a bedside lamp - you can only turn off the main light using the bedside switch. A TV that connected to the internet for things like Prime and Netflix would be ideal also, but is not essential.

Decent business accommodation

I started in one of the larger apartments, which mercifully does not face the busy motorway in the other side of the building. The kitchenette is well equipped. There are some maintenance issues, such as the shower drain being clogged with hair (yuck) and the shower head being almost completely broken. The place could do with a regular schedule of repairs.

Autobahn out the front .

I stayed in 2 rooms in this place . One was at the rear and was pretty ok noise pollution wise .. The front wasn’t . Reason being ? The end of the Bundesautobahn 9 is outside !!! I didn’t sleep well at the front side . Ok stay other than that .

Availabley business aparthotel

This is a good alternative to an ordinary hotel, as each room has its own kitchenette. I think that's where the positives end. The hotel is near a busy highway, and the window in my room did not shut properly, meaning I could hear the road all night. There are some issues with cleanliness. My toilet had a suspicious "present" in it upon arrival, and there were someone else's hairs on the shelf. I have pictures of these but still spare you.

Overall, this place is fine as an aparthotel - an alternative to the business hotels nearby. The automated check-in was pretty annoying, as the system claimed my room was unavailable (despite being after the check-in time), only working on the third attempt. There are some maintenance issues - the basin didn't drain because it was full of hair, and the shower drain smelled bad. The room was quite stuffy / airless, despite trying to get ventilation from the window. The mattress is more like a futon.

There was no service whatsoever. The checkin processs is automated with no human employee around. The instructions were sent via a bot on my WhatsApp account but were not that clear and we were having problems getting in with no one around. Luckily, some other guest walked in and helped us enter the building and get our room cards etc. The bathrooom was small and semi transparent glass walls and the bathroom door is not designed to completely close. Embarrassing and absurd....the toilet seat inside the bathroom was stained and placed right next to the transparent / opaque glass wall on the other side of which is the dining table. Someone sitting on the bed or on the dning table can partly see the person sitting on the toilet and hear all the sounds....The stove didn't work and when i sent a request for service, the response was by the bot with a link to an electronic instruction manual sent almost 8 hours later. And it still did not work. Area is purely corporate so no restaurants or anything to see at walking distance. Interestinly, at chekout time some staff miracaoulsly appeared to take the keys etc..and for clean up. So providing service is not part of the business plan while guests are staying there. The narrow bed was pushed against one wall so one partner has to climb over the other or crawl in.from the foot of the bed. only one english TV channel. The worst experience ever.
