"La hall è stata appena ristrutturata, il resto del palazzo è in fase di ristrutturazione ed una volta finito a mio avviso sarà bellissimo. La posizione è ottima, pieno centro vicino di tutto, ristoranti, negozi, metro, supermercati, ecc. Le stanze sono molto ampie ma come detto necessità di ammodernamento, letti un pò vecchi ma con materassi e cuscini nuovi. finestre nuove ma arredi e bagno da rivedere. "Communication was good prior to arrival.
Pluses:
- great location, quick access to Metro, lots of shops/restaurants in the area
- secured desk/front door
- lobby looks like photos
- considering the location, it’s very quiet and I slept multiple nights with the window open
- bed was comfortable and extra blanket in end of the bed came in handy
- hot water in shower
- luggage storage
- when I had questions, staff was attentive and responded positively

I recently stayed at the Marivaux Hotel and initially had a very positive experience. The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.

"The staff were wonderful and kind. The room was clean, simple but well kept, and it was a really affordable option. Right next to a train station which you can use to get into Brussels central. The buffet breakfast was lovely and got us fuelled up each morning. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We needed a place during the airport strike. This hotel is nearby the airport with a shuttle bus starting 06:00 am in the morning. Approximately 5-10 minutes ride to the airport.
It’s a bit pricey for the standard and neighborhood but of course near the airport.
Small room and toilet. Strange separation of the shower and toilet but everything worked fine.
A bit of a walk to the small village center. Couple of nice restaurants down the strip and a supermarket.
Nice restaurant inside the hotel...
