"Ive stopped here many times over the years, its quirky and a nice location, but it lets itself down badly . No redecorating has been done since opening. The stair carpet needs binning, dirty and stained , paintwork tired and chipped . Old sofa and TV, smell of fried food from cafe downstairs doesn't help. The top floor room I was in, one of the Velux windows wouldn't close properly. The place is very tired unfortunately "

Apartment is located by a crossroads therefore could be loud when busy as well as people walking past the windows but knew that when we booked it would be Apartment was spacious so fine for us, a family of 5. "The location was brilliant. There was good equipment in the kitchen and the sitting room was comfortable with a great tv. Others have mentioned the water is a bit temperamental but it didn’t affect our stay. I think it could benefit from a deep clean. It wasn’t dirty but needed a bit more care. "

"Charming place, we hadn’t realised how good the sea views were/are. Nicely located being a short walk from Babbington centre with the rest of the English Riviera easily accessible. Heating and hot water both fine, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen (even washing up without a dishwasher didn’t seem like a chore with those views!). We had an issue with the WiFi which the owner worked to resolve, sadly without success. But Sunny Bank is a great spot in a great location - recommended"
