"The staff on arrival were extremely friendly & helpful, this continued throughout our stay. The bedroom was clean, with good bathroom amenities, ie towels, toiletries, shower over bath, extra milk, tea available on request. Room was cleaned well when asked for.. Breakfast was very good, tasty & a decent choice, staff were attentive. Room was very noisy morning & night times as door was not soundproof & there was a large gap underneath letting light in from other guests passing to their rooms. Also house keepers were noisy in corridors when cleaning rooms, playing music & talking. Hot water for tea at breakfast was in a flask which wasn’t very hot. Hairdryer in room had a very sticky handle. A few faults but on the whole a pleasant 4 nights stay."
