"Lovely friendly staff, a very warm welcome. Also really useful information given on the local area of places to visit by the hosts. Fantastic heated pool very attractive, clean and a real luxury. Breakfast a very good choice nicely presented and delicious cooked breakfasts. We had a premier room which was lovely overlooked the side of property and a fridge in the room was fab. Beds had firm mattresses alittle hard for my spine, but great for the majority of people."

"Our first mini break away alone, in 13 years and it didn't dissapoint. Anne is the most lovely host, so organised, courteous and kind, nothing was too much trouble. We were a little hot in the small double room, however Anne quickly provided a fan that assisted well. Breakfast was very tasty and scheduled for a time to suit us. "The property doesn't have its own parking. There is free parking available on the street parallel to the entrance but this wasn't clear from the description. I appreciated the keyless nature of the accommodation. The gate lock can be a bit tricky to open. The room was clean and the bathroom was fantastic. They provide some food in the small lounge but I couldn't see anything gluten free."

"We had a wonderful stay in Room 8 (the Shark Room), which was absolutely lovely. The owner is incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome as soon as we arrived. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the seafront and surrounded by plenty of great pubs and cafes."
