This stay was well worth my money. The hotel staff, the overall cleanliness, even the engaging bar staff in the hotel's restaurant were the picture of hospitality. By far my favorite hotel stay so far in my life. The location is awesome if you're looking to see as much of Brisbane as possible. Staying here made my trip so seamless, they made being thousands of miles away from home that much easier. I am grateful I chose Hyatt Regency Brisbane! Will definitely choose them again.
Beautiful pool, clean room stocked with great amenities, kind and helpful staff, clever use of space in tight city centre and loved the oyster chucking evening in the Hibiscus Lounge
Fantastic stay at Hyatt Brisbane, location couldn’t be beat, incredibly quiet. Pool warm, great amenities, great bar and restaurant. Happy hour cocktails at pool bar were a bit meh but otherwise couldn’t fault.
Will be our go to on returning to Brisbane
Hotel itself was quite good for the price. Was a pain to park as they would not park our car in the private parking as it was" too large" we have a lancer, so a small car. Other than that was a decent stay

Liked: Staff & service
Staff were lovely! Had a problem with the toilet making a funny noise - they quickly fixed it. For a 5 star hotel - the bathroom was not clean to the standard I would’ve liked. Loud air conditioning, funny smell in the lift. Room was outdated and small. Great location directly on Queen street, Uber drop off and pick up down alley way. Overall was an okay stay.
For the price for a solo traveler was awesome.
All amenities were top notch. Loved the candy/lolly jar in reception. My childhood came rushing back.
Will certainly try to stay again. TY
