There was fresh fruit in the room on arrival. The staff were very cheerful and helpful and a total pleasure. The breakfast in the attached restaurant was superb. "This was a fantastic hotel in a wonderful city. Rooms were excellent, the hotel lobby area was very spacious and comfortable with lots of seating, and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice of foods. The location is very close to a #2 tram stop, which takes about 10 mins to get to the station. Across from this stop is a huge supermarket, Kaufland, and stops for the more direct #3 tram are about 5 mins walk away. Brilliant place to stay."

"Everything was clean and well-maintained. The hotel has a quirky/artsy/fun vibe to it. It's in an old building, so the bathroom layout was a little non-standard, but all the fixtures were modern and worked great. The lobby is very small, as is the elevator (our group of 3 with suitcases had to split into 2 rides), but it all works. The staff was cheery and helpful when we checked in, for the one or two other questions we had. They offered us candies every time we interacted with them. The hotel was in a great location, just a few minutes walk from all the sightseeing spots we were there for. On-site parking was a plus too."
