The breakfast buffet had everything we could have wanted and more and the service was quick and friendly. The check-in staff were very welcoming and helpful and provided us with a city map and directions for walking to the city centre.

We stayed for only one night, while we were passing through to Munich. It was very walkable and the rooms were lovely. I had a lovely brunch at Cafe Chloe and a quick walk over to the outdoor market.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The staff were all welcoming, attentive, and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the main train station, and in a great location to explore the beautiful city. Great breakfast in the morning, nice terrace for drinks in the evening. Will happily return for another visit! Danke schön!

Would absolutely come back!

This hotel was great! We could not park in their garage but there was a fantastic garage just around the corner. The room was very nice and comfortable and the whole hotel feels new. The location is also great, just a very short walk to the center.

Nice hotel within easy walking distance of city centre of Freiburg. Short walk from the station if accessing city by train or bus. Modern hotel with clear practical rooms. Reception staff friendly and helpful (plus added bonus of speaking English).

Wine festival

Lovely hotel, nice breakfast. Small but comfortable rooms. Disappointed that they don’t have the parking that they advertise at least not for us. We had to pay to park down the street. There was a wine festival in town that was recommended by Toby at the front desk which was a great recommendation. He was especially helpful and considerate in answering our questions. The hotel is close to the old town just a short walk.

Very good, would recommend

Really nice hotel. Great location next to train station and buses, easy walking distance to city centre. Staff were lovely and allowed me to work from the lounge the following day aftee I checked out with no fuss. Breakfast is served but as far as I could tell, not lunch or dinner. I don't think there is room service either. But there are restaurants and takeaways close by.
