Check-in was very easy and staff was friendly. We stayed in a family room, which had two twin beds which was very helpful. Property was clean. Parking was a easy but seemed unnecessary to charge for the outside parking.

Family room was nice. The staff was kind and tended bar to make coffees in the morning. It is great for a younger crowd I think. We were 40’s and 70 and didn’t love the smoking drinking vibe out front but I think if you’re into that it would be great

This is a brand-new property: quiet, spacious, comfortable. Staff is outstanding: courteous and attentive. The location is not easily walkable to Freiburg’s old town but the tram is a block away. Highly recommend!

This hotel is not located in the city center and doesn’t have a luxurious feel, but it’s very convenient — there is an affordable public parking lot just across the street and a supermarket right next door. It’s well-suited for those traveling by car or using the tram. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed a pleasant stay in the family room. Although the hotel offers breakfast, we opted for a hearty breakfast at the bakery café next door, which was excellent. Considering the price, the quality of service, convenient location, and the added bonus of a sauna and gym, we found this hotel to be a great value.

Very nice value.

The room was a nice accommodation. We were glad for the nice breeze through the windows and for the air conditioning. Everything is on good condition & good taste. It was a good place to stay but also don’t expect many frills here. It was close to the Vauban area and to a variety of public transport.

We staying in this hotel for 2 nights as part of our trip to Europa Park. The hotel is really impressive. The rooms were spacious, well equipped and clean. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very attentive. Parking was onsite and very easy and reasonably priced. Location is great with a couple of supermarkets 2 mins walk away and a handful of restaurants and takeaways also within walking distance. We loved our stay at this hotel.

It was nice, however I missed a bottle of water in my room, and breakfast was more expensive as I would go to a restaurant, but then there was no many options to chose, and I’ve never have drunk worst organs juice as there. I missed some infos about sauna as well
