A/C didn't work. It was in and turned to low but did not cool down our room at all. Room had a strong smell of wet dog throughput our stay, even after keeping the window open the whole time. Great location in downtown, easy short walk to restaurants, parks and shops. Did not provide a baby crib even though we listed our 1 year ild on the reservation, but they did have a fold out bed set up. But that really doesn't help for a 1 year old. I wouldn't stay there again. But maybe would if we got a room that didnt smell and had A/C that worked.

Modern Hotel easy walking distance to Old Town. Good, firm bed, big room with good air cond. Parking with elevator access to Hotel. If you do not want the big (and expensive) breakfast buffet the continental breakfast is a good option for EUR 11. Mercure is always good value!

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent for walking the old town, plenty of close restaurants and a grocery store. It is a central location for hiking in the area. There was air conditioning and a safe which we appreciated. Overall, our stay was ok but the rooms are smaller than we expected and the carpeting was quite dated and needs replacement.
