We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and assisted in familiarizing us with the location and gave great recommendations for food/nearby activities. Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view.

Great location

A clean, comfortable and friendly hotel in an excellent location for exploring the beautiful old city of Freiburg. I would be very happy to stay here again. The room is fairly small, but there’s plenty of room for what is needed.

Would definitely come back!

Motel One was perfect! It is right at the edge of the city center and close to three or four good garages. The hotel is modern and nice, and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

I reserved a room with a king bed and was given a room with a queen bed. After the first night I went to the front desk to confirm my suspicions. Indeed, I was correct. Hospitality dictates that the hotel accept some responsibility and possibly offers a small compensation. Instead, the excuse was to blame everything on Expedia, end of story.

Prima hotel, vooral voor een stedentrip. Ligt centraal, je loop zo het centrum in. Kamers zijn schoon en netjes, heerlijke douche! Ontbijt is simpel maar prima, gewoon alles wat je nodig hebt. Vriendelijk personeel, niks te klagen.

Die schönen Bilder täuschen

Lobby und Internet-Bilder bei der Buchung schön, ansonsten nicht viel. Mega kleines zimmer und schom ziemlich herkbter gewohnt. Frühstück extrem mau!!!! Keine Warmspeisen etc. Für den Preis geht das gar nicht. Personal hätte auch freundlicher sein können.

In Ordnung

Der Check- in war in Ordnung. Eine Flasche Wasser, wie andere Gäste erhalten haben, gab es nicht. Das Zimmer war ein auf Rollstuhlfahrer ausgelegtes Zimmer. Alles war daher sehr tief angelegt, was für mich als große Person schon suboptimal war. Leider war das Badezimmer nicht gereinigt. In der Dusche waren große Büschel Haare. Das war schon sehr unangenehm. Mit einem regulären, gründlich gereinigtem Zimmer wäre der Aufenthalt sicher schön gewesen, da die Lage optimal für Freiburg ist.

Zimmer, Service, Frühstück, Aufenthalt - alles super. Speziell der "Bio-Gedanke" beim Frühstück ist super Leider muss ich einen Stern abziehen wegen: - Ruhiges Zimmer bestellt ==> Zimmer zur Straße bekommen 😞 - Frühstück ist lecker ==> aber für 18€ ???
