"The Grand Timber Lodge was wonderful! The staff at check in was very helpful and welcoming. There was so much to do with our daughter on the property. The shuttle to and from town was also great! Everything about our stay was what we had hoped for!"

"The location was very convenient for getting downtown. However, our room had no heater. We asked a couple of times for a portable one, but never received it, so we had to endure the cold that night. They tried to fix the issue, but it didn't work—and temperatures were 29°F outside."
