"The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious and relatively clean, so there are definitely some positives.
Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again because of the noise. The walls are very thin, and the door locking system is incredibly loud. Every time someone entered or left their room, the doors slammed shut with a bang. From around 7 to 10 every morning there was a constant stream of slamming doors, making it impossible to relax. "Kamer was schoon. Lichten bij het bed deden het helaas niet. Ook was het erg warm op de kamer waardoor we weinig hebben geslapen. Melden bij de receptie kon s ochtends niet omdat iedereen verdwenen was"

"A perfect and welcoming overnight stay on our road trip across Europe. We felt comforrable and well-looked after. Also just a 5 minute walk to the tram stop to get into Central Antwerp (which is beautiful). The room was large and the bed was incredibly comfortable. A modern and spotless hotel."

"I had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express Antwerp City-North. The location was very convenient, the breakfast was great, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They even allowed me to check in about two hours before the normal 3:00 PM check-in time at no additional cost, which I truly appreciated after traveling. I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly return next year. Highly recommended!"

"Veel te lange incheck rij, personeel niet echt vriendelijk. De teennagels van een vorige gast lagen op de grond in onze kamer. De badkamer is behoorlijk gedateerd, lambrisering aan het afbladeren. Prijs-kwaliteit loopt behoorlijk uit de pas. In Antwerpen zijn echt betere hotels voor minder geld."

"Perfect location, less than a minute walk to Antwerp Centraal which allowed me to sleep in before jumping on an early train ride.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast wasn’t included in my package but it was available as early as 6:30am which would’ve given me enough time before leaving but I decided to get an early start. And if you put the sign on your door to NOT change your towels, they give you a voucher to use at their cafe.
Room had nice views of the centraal square and...

"Il soggiorno nella struttura di circa una settimana è stato complessivamente molto deludente: 1) pulizia della camera inesistente (mai effettuata) nonostante le ripetute richieste al personale della reception; 2) la nostra stanza era priva di aria condizionata (assenza di impianto); 3) rapporto qualità prezzo eccessivo, pagati circa € 900 per cinque notti. Sicuramente non ci ritorneremo!"

"The hotel was central to EVERYTHING! Restaurants, cafes, train station, sites, shopping were all within walking distance. Very safe. Check-in was easy. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had - love the baked peaches!! Staff was very kind. Room was clean and spacious."
