"The breakfast was delicious! I chose this hotel because of the pool. The pool was “under maintenance” the whole weekend so I never got to swim. And our room did not have any hot water. We told the front desk Friday night and they said they would fix it. We left to go to dinner. No hot water Saturday morning. We let the water run and turned on the sink and still not hot. My husband took a cold shower but I refused. Sunday morning still no hot water. I called front desk and he told me to try all...

"Ok at best. Rather than fixing items they tend to paint over. Seems like they try to do everything as inexpensive as possible."

"Great stay as always!"

"Great hotel and location"

"Great location to visit Yale University"

"Definitely clean accommodation. Convenient parking and exit. Halloween decorations were very nice. It took me a day to figure our room temperature. I understand importance of cooler temps but I'm older so I like my room warmer. I ended up buying a throw blanket at nearby Target to make the temperature comfortable."

"Overall, the hotel is nice. The only disappointment was that they did not inform me that the parking was $25 for the garage across the street."

"Plenty of parking Breakfast included Staff was friendly"

"I don’t usually write reviews but the included breakfast was terrible to put it mildly."

"Love it"

"Property was under renovation. Hallways were dirty. I was given a room in the back on second floor. Consistent noise in the walls; and trains going by every 30 minutes or so."
