We stayed at the Omni for 3 nights to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Yale. The staff could not have been more helpful, diligent, and kind. We asked for an additional cot for our king-sized room and that was no problem (even though I was supposed to reserve it a year in advance--hey, it's graduation, the place was packed). The breakfast was lovely, with a packed house they did a great job of servicing the room each day. Would totally recommend for Yale graduations and we would definitely stay there again.

I have stayed here several times and I've enjoyed every single stay. The hotel is steps away from restaurants and stores, so you can really just leave your car at the hotel. We stayed for Valentines Day weekend and loved the flowers and chocolate-covered strawberries set-up for the guests!

Lots of dings and nicks in furniture, doors, etc. Restaurant makes great coffee but the food was mediocre at best and way overpriced. Felt as though the chair may fall apart under me. The hotel looked great, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great but the heat didn`t work. The maintenance man brought up a portable heater. Therefore the overnight stay was terrible & we woke up in the morning sweating because the heat was working again.

The hotel didn't have enough parking for guests. The area around the hotel was not ideal especially considering the price of the stay. Outside of the hotel was under construction making it challenging to identify the hotel entrance. Do be aware that breakfast is available, but pricey. Once in the hotel, the experience was great. Clean rooms. Super friendly staff.

We arrived super early but the front desk staff was so friendly and nice. We got our room right away and they even upgraded me because that’s the room that was ready. The entire staff at the hotel is superb. Definitely made our stay that much better.
