The photos of this property lead you to believe that it's nice, updated, and well maintained. This hotel is beyond filthy, smells terrible, and most of the staff were rude. The pool was filled with paint chips and floating piles of hair. The first floor smelled of smoke and animals. There was a smear of what looked like blood on our bathroom wall. The floors in our room were covered in hair, dust, and old food. The people sitting in their cars smoking were creepy, to the point where we didn't want to leave the hotel. We didn't even think to try the breakfast based on how filthy the place was. The guy who checked us in was nice, but everyone else was rude.

When arriving to the hotel, it seemed pretty clean. Checked in and got directed to the side door for the closest entrance to the room. When entering the building it smelled of dog and you could instantly tell people were living in the hotel, however when getting to the room it was surprisingly clean.

No elevator which was a nightmare for someone in a wheelchair. We stayed on 2nd floor and had to walk luggage up the stairs and help family upstairs that was in wheelchair. Even had stairs on first floor. In the morning there was very few choices for breakfast. The cereal was stale and the area was extremely hot and reeked of something similar to cat pee.

The hotel I believe had a percentage of rooms be paid for poor people staying in the hotel. The hotel had a funky smell and the breakfast was quite minimal with several items were depleted when I got there by 7:30am. The cost of close to $300.00 dollars for that room and amenities was way to high. Additionally, the room above us had someone pacing back in forth for hours. I would appreciate a percentage refund for this stay. Expedia should also think about not having this hotel in your inventory for sale. Thank You!

This is a basic no frills low cost option along the 95 corridor. I booked it for a last minute trip to DC from cape cod. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I was up and gone early. The room was small, but the linens and towels were clean, the mattress was perfectly suitable, and the bath- while a bit dated was serviceable and clean. A decent option if you, like me cant accept The $250+ prices being charged for the Marriott, Hyatt, and Hilton brands in this same area.

There was nothing about this place that we liked. The parking lot was being used by a crew of workers. The night after we slept in the king sized bed we found there was debris way down under the covers. It was disgusting. Obviously no one changed the sheets. The desk help was apologetic, but never offered to come and see what we were talking about and never offered to reimburse us!

I went to go into the bed and the sheets were dirty with fresh black dirt smudges on it. Pillow had a small black coiled bug on it. The shower curtain had nose secretions on it. Room was beyond dirty. I called the lobby about it and was told come down and he would provide me with a different room. When I got down a man asking with the issue was and I told him that the bedsheets were filthy with smudges on them and he said OK come with me and took me into the laundry room and asked me what size sheets I needed to change my bed! I said I would absolutely not be changing the beds in this. hotel and that I needed a new room. The new room was equally as dirty. Bathroom had hair all over the floor that didn’t belong to my family. Just disgusting

Awful smell comes from the AC/fan unit (mold/mildew/dampness), cobwebs in corners, metal bed frame that sticks out, terribly uncomfortable bed with squeaky springs that stuck in my back Asked the person on staff for 2 additional pillows and he looked at us like he had never been asked for anything extra before and tried to dissuade us by saying they were all the same size (that wasn't the point-we needed more due to how uncomfortable the bed was) He did get them but looked very put-out We checked out early.

The room itself was mostly clean, although a few of the towels had stains which wasn’t great to see. The biggest disappointment was the “included breakfast.” There was barely any food put out for guests, and the waffle maker barely worked, so that experience was pretty frustrating. Unfortunately, the overall environment during the stay was not great. There was a woman in a nearby room with men coming in and out all night and loud music playing, which made it difficult to relax. At one point, someone even drove into the side of the hotel, which added to the chaos. The pool also appeared unclean and didn’t look like it had been properly maintained. I will say that some of the staff members were very friendly and helpful, but others barely responded when asked simple questions and just stared without offering assistance. Overall, this stay was very disappointing, and I would not choose to stay at this location again.
