"I enjoyed their Hospitality, housekeeping is everyday. The convenience is perfect. The location is close to the Airport and shopping for everything and to eat and just across the way. My dislikes about her place is the Safety. I was given a room with no lock. My window, thank God I checked before going to bed was unlocked. My room after being cleaned and before I had a chance to sleep in my bed or use my towels; was soiled. I showed Housekeeping, she found it hard to believe though you could see that she understood and knew I was telling the truth. My door and window again were left opened after my Room attended. My overall, the place has such great potential, it's beautiful in some areas, it's a great place. Do not let the outside deceive you. I had a wonderful time because I chose to. God bless you all and make it a great time!"

"Upon check in to the room, I noticed an ant in the bathroom. The thermostat did not work at all. The closest working ice machine was at least 4 floors away. When trying to eat at the restaurant it took a very long time to be acknowledged and served."

"Took 35 minutes for a shuttle to get 2 miles from the airport, no call from desk clerk to alert driver. Room lock on door malfunctioning. Urine in the toilet upon entry into the bathroom, obviously left by cleaning staff or never checked. Absolutely disgusting."
