"Good stay. Friendly staff. My room key got disconnected and I had to have it recalibrated 4 times in 2 nights which was a bit annoying but other than that all nice. "

"When I presented my reservation to check in, they checked us into a smaller less expensive room without telling us. When we realized it after taking all our bags to the room, I went to the front desk and they told me they were sold out of my reserved larger room. I reserved it two months prior to check in. I asked for a refund and they said the smaller room was the same cost. I told them we were not happy and felt we deserved a refund. They said I had to contact Hotels.com since I booked it through them. Hotels.com gave me their same responce after they contacted Hilton. We are being ripped off by one of them or maybe both? We have an open case number with Hotels.com for this but their AI system doesn't understand and cannot answer us?"

"Breakfast - Below Average. First Day - no plates. Second Day - No ice water. Dispensing Holder was not even filled from the day before. Staff is talking and eating too much in the Lobby. Let’s get the quests basics done before we start being lazy. "

"Staff were very openly rude about guests when they didn’t think people were listening. Language used was often inappropriate, Another staff member today (the 29th)s morning shuttle driver nearly let a door slam on a guest I had to catch it for her, she was elderly. Many of the employees seemed angry to have to do their jobs. Miss Rose was a stand out however. Got me a fork when my DoorDash didn’t have one. The room itself was clean and well maintained, no signs point to vending being on the second floor. Breakfast was above average for this type of hotel. "
