"The front desk staff we're great to deal with. They were professional and friendly and I was able to joke around with them and they return the favor. We only had one dinner in the restaurant and the food was very very good as was the service. I can't comment on breakfast since I didn't partake of that option. We found the room to be both spacious and clean."

"We had No hot water & the floor drain in the bathroom did not work, bathroom flooded. We were told to let the water run for at least 20 minutes to get hot water (which would have flooded the whole room). Staff did not immediately come to the room to check. Eventually at 4:00 a.m. & after my insistence, staff came & we were moved to a better room with hot water. Upon checkout, Staff appeared to be more concerned that the new room was occupied without their knowledge than that the old room (with hazardous conditions) was assigned to a aged ADA customer. Overall experience was very disappointing. (Especially as compared to former experiences with Doubletree) "

Also, the room was so dry that we almost decided to go out and buy a humidifier for our 3-night stay. We woke up horribly dehydrated every day. I even ended up with a nosebleed the last morning."
