"Faultless! Great hotel, stunning building, luxurious rooms & decor throughout. Ever-So friendly staff, ideal location for the O2 (Echo & the Bunnymen, great gig btw). And to top it off the breakfast was first rate. I couldn’t recommend this hotel strongly enough. Find out for yourself."

"A feeling of being a little run down in some areas eg from the lift to the car park whilst the lift to the room, the corridor and the room itself were very good. "

"Beautiful room- clearly recently been redecorated, very comfortable. Swimming pool and jacuzzi very nice. Breakfast was good until I was served a gluten free sausage- raw in the middle! I was offered another but declined as I had already eaten the rest- I also didn’t want to risk food poisoning from raw pork."

"Nice hotel, great location for concerts/events. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast not bad but some of the cooked stuff had been hanging around a while. Bit noisy late at night from local night club but still managed to get to sleep.Extractor fan not working in bathroom, reported on that when leaving. Hopefully it has been repaired by now. No liners in bins - a small but important issue. Pretty good value for money, booked sometime in advance. "
