โรงแรมใกล้พิพิธภัณฑ์ Bourne Hall, เอปซัม

"Quaint and gorgeous building and rooms! Only thing I'd suggest is that the owners put lamps in rooms to augment the LED lighting (for travelers like me whose eyes don't do so well with the LED frequencies). Other than that, the hotel was lovely, as were the staff!"

"Was fairly cheap compared to nearby hotels with a pub next door and a petrol station/shop nearby. It's an ex-premier inn and was comfortable enough. The bathroom was a bit on the grotty side. The grab and go breakfast was a shambles. I ordered it to the room on Monday for 0730 and it came at 0715, Wednesday it was ordered for 0720 and it came at 0650 and the coffee was a mocha instead of what I asked for, each time I was woken up before my alarm, not happy at all. This morning it came on...

"Staff were very helpful breakfast was very good"

"The staff were great. The hotel itself was dated. This is not Premier Inn in central Epsom with air-conditioning. That is a different Premier Inn with a similar name. Don't get confused like I did. I specifically wanted the air conditioning and was unpleasantly surprised when we arrived. This hotel is not designed for a heat wave. We had to leave after two nights because the room was dangerously hot and humid. Having a bath was useful in reducing core temp. We filled it with water from the cold...

"The main thing that always stands out to me here is how nice the staff are x"

"Wonderful stay. Room and food excellent. Parking on site a bonus."

"We had a wonderful stay - staff were lovely and the food was amazing!"

"Clean rooms particularly bathroom Good breakfast choices Good location"

"I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. There were not enough towels, and the bathroom flooded every time we took a shower. The room was also very dark, and the breakfast was disappointing. The eggs tasted terrible, and I honestly don’t know how they were prepared. The only things I appreciated were the hotel’s convenient location right next to a train station, which is very helpful when traveling around London, where distances can be quite long, and the friendly staff. The staff...

"The room and hallways/landing were outdated, dirty and in desperate need of renovation. Mattress was poor - worthy of a skip. It was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Supposedly this was a DELUXE double!!! If it wasn’t for the fact we were due at a party in Dorking that evening and didn’t arrive to the hotel until 6.30pm, we would have insisted on either another room or ideally our money back and moved to another hotel."

"Very comfortable and a great breakfast."
