" This hotel is automated so you will not talk to local staff members. It is also in a residential area that for some reason does not have any nice local pasta restaurants. The hotel is very modern and clean and they will help you by text if you have questions. 1.2K walk to the bus station transport to or from the airport, via Alibus 5 euros one stop. Or find a shared taxi at the airport for 5euros. Hope that helps."

The area is close to the central station and feels pretty neglected, but for the price it’s absolutely acceptable. There is a metro connection (only reliable public transport we found in Naples) to the city center within 10 minutes walking distance. Two improvement points: (1) a small lamp for the night stand to have some indirect lighting and (2) two small pillows to make reading in bed more...

Although the lock on the bathroom didn’t work and locked someone in, it was a great bathroom with counter space, and a lovely shower. There was also a nice balcony and if some skyscrapers weren’t there we would’ve had a view of Mt Vesuvius, but could still see some elements of natural beauty through gaps in building or road clearings on the roundabout.
