"I’ve been in 8 cities the past 60 days and this was BY FAR the worst of all the places I’ve stayed which surprised me because Extended Stays are usually pretty decent. When I first got there, the staff was nice and welcoming so I had high hopes, but then I got to the room. The room smelled terrible (like old Chinese food to be specific). We turned the vent on the microwave and the bathroom on full blast and it helped a little but the smell lingered in the room the full 3 days we were there. Then came the bed…we pulled back the covers and the sheets were dirty and stained. I called the front desk and they were short handed so she couldn’t bring anything up but said I could go down and pick up clean sheets…which I did. The room itself is a good size and has a nice “full size” fridge which was great, but there is no shampoo, soap, paper towels, or anything else that would be useful. I did pick up some soap at the same time as the sheets but you would think that should be a normal thing that is part of turning the room. Finally, the hotel advertises that breakfast is included…if that is breakfast, then I’m Santa Claus! “Breakfast” was a handful of granola bars and packaged boiled egged which were suspended in liquid in a plastic bag and looked disgusting. THAT’S IT!! And that was only there one of the mornings we were there. No juice, no milk, no bread, NOTHING!! So to summarize, the front staff was friendly but that is the only positive. I would avoid this place at all cost! "

"Hot tub and pool were fine. But no towels at the pool. Ice makers did not work. Bathroom light flickered and would not stay on. Rips on one of the sheets. Extremely noisy. Definitely overpriced and NOT a 3.5 star hotel. I have no idea how they got that rating"

"The rooms were clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The hottub was dirty which was disappointing due to it being a little chilly to get in the pool. Loved that there was free parking!"

"Check in process was delayed due to cleaning of the room which didn’t make sense on a non-busy weekend that my early check in was denied. Then my room wasn’t even available by the 4pm check in time and so I either had to wait for my room to be cleaned “which did not have an estimated time” or take a downgraded room. They at least refunded me the resort fee which good thing because then on Saturday night at 6pm the water was shut off due to a leak. So after a long pool day, right at dinner time, I couldn’t shower to go out to my birthday dinner at Maple and Ash (where there is a dress code). That dress code does not include sunscreen and pool hair. Then when I went to call the front desk, oh the phone doesn’t work. So I call the mainline from my cellphone and the front desk says yeah sorry the water is off and we can only turn it on once the leak is fixed. Like ok I get there’s a leak but no contingency? I asked can I shower somewhere else like I have dinner lol is there a pool shower? “No ma’am the shower is in your room”. Yes…I understand I have a shower, but it doesn’t work. “The water will be on when the leak is fixed”. Ok -_-. Idk, wouldn’t recommend for the price if that’s there customer service when things go wrong. Fine if something happens but find a fix. "

"This is a lovely property. Our basic king room had a kitchen/living room and separate bedroom. The doors have code pads so you don’t have to keep track of key cards. The staff is very friendly and helpful. "

"I had no concerns other than there were roaches. The room was nice, it was quiet, furniture comfortable. Oh, one other thing , the bathroom door was so close to the toilet you had to turn sideways to get into the bathroom."

"Older carpet, bathrooms very nice with a step in shower with good water pressure and plenty of room. Mattress was OK. Only 2 elevators to service the entire hotel. Spent on average 10-15 mins just to get up or down. Place is ok."
