"The club lounge provided very limited food nowadays comparing to our previous stay. However the club lounge staff was very helpful and good service. "

"The staff was very helpful whether it was with directions, baggage check, or transportation to and from the airport. The roof top bar tenders were very friendly and accommodating. The only draw back was lack of air flow in the room. However, we were able to open the windows which was helpful."

"I truly enjoyed my stay! The hotel is in a great location, approximately a 15-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants within walking distance, including a wonderful boulangerie that I visited almost every day for its delicious croissants! The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and the concierge was especially helpful in recommending great places to eat. My only complaint was that the room was extremely cold, even...

"Great hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful."

"Excellent stay. Hotel has been renovated recently. Everything is spanking new. Staff: one young lady was extremely helpful. Cheerful and kind. Con - we book the Comfort Double room so it's not the smallest, but it was still...

"Best hotel!"

"Great location. Reasonable price and clean room"

I asked the clerk for an alternate room and he said none were available. As I prepaid the room was non refundable. As a single woman travelling I didn’t feel fully safe as the lights in the corridor coming off the elevator were off and only turn on with motion sensor. Meaning you exit the elevator into a DARK...

"Hotel centrale non nuovo e a mio avviso 3 stelle e non 4 . Colazione servita nella hall e non in sala a parte non adatta ad un 4 stelle ( io non ho fatto colazione ma ho visto ) . A mio avviso hotel che necessita di una ristrutturazione totale . Personale gentile e sorridente ."

"It was very quiet & the staff was amazing."
