Rooms were fine, after much turmoil to get. The fact the hotel didn’t honor my paid reservation and had to”put me up” at the Langham for the first night was a blessing. The second night they again said I didn’t have a reservation and had fully refunded my stay (they didn’t) and that I was to stay ...
