"Fine for what we paid. Good location, not clean and it did smell if i'm honest. The hot water ran out really quickly which was difficult for all of us to have a shower. But the location is great and the double bed was comfy."

"Quaysiders resort is an apartment/hotel right by the upper side of Lake Windermere in Ambleside. It is in an absolutely perfect location close to the lake, shops, restaurants. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen that had all kitchen amenities. Our Apartment was very clean and spacious . There is an indoor pool that was warm and it can also be like a Jacuzzi. There is also a Sauna. The resort also has a laundry room and dryer so I was able to do my laundry while on our stay.

"Beautiful property, exterior looks like manor house. Well maintained private garden where you can play with your dog or have a quiet read. Ample parking. Only grouse - our windows would not open and it was a bit stifling in the heat."
