"Hotel was well located in a quiet part of the city not far for restaurants and the main high street. Rooms were clean and staff friendly and helpful. A cupboard in our room was damaged, door hinge was broken. We also got stuck in the lift for 35mins in 35degree heat which wasn’t a pleasant experience ..."
