"Room was basic and not clean. We were told WiFi was available, it wasn’t. We booked and paid extra for a business room, we were given a standard room and refund was refused by the hotel. Not a bad location for getting to cologne city centre."

"Excellent hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. It's just a 15 minute walk along the very nice Rhine promenade to the centre of the altstadt (old town) and about 20-25 mins to the Cathedral. I would stay there again without hesitation."
