The room with the twin beds had a clear stain on the carpet which clearly needed to be replaced. The hotel location is OK, 15min walk to city centre. ..."

"Room was basic and not clean. We were told WiFi was available, it wasn’t. We booked and paid extra for a business room, we were given a standard room and refund was refused by the hotel. Not a bad location for getting to cologne city centre."
