"Room was basic and not clean. We were told WiFi was available, it wasn’t. We booked and paid extra for a business room, we were given a standard room and refund was refused by the hotel. Not a bad location for getting to cologne city centre."

"Unacceptable- the suite we got was smelling disgusting, shouldn’t have been given to customers (confirmed by house keeping) and we had to ask for a new room. The AC wasn’t really working and the room overheated and dirty. Room service unavailable."
