Two things I would fix.
1) air conditioning is not strong enough.
2) Allegra restaurant closed two days in a row can create instance where guests staying for two nights cannot eat there AND also closed on same nights as neighboring restaurants. Makes no sense. "

"Buscábamos un lugar tranquilo en La Rioja y nos hemos encontrado con este fantástico alojamiento tocado por El Norte. Un lugar que dispone de amplias habitaciones, un servicio y atención excelente. Que cuida todos los detalles para que sus huéspedes se encuentren como en casa. Aparcamiento y un jardín encantador. Aparte también hemos disfrutado de la exquisita cocina de este establecimiento y de unos desayunos muy completos para emprender cada dia una nueva aventura por los alrededores. Muy bien...
"Schönes Hotel mitten am Hauptplatz von Haro mit mehreren Cafés und Bars. Zu den Bodegas sind es etwa 15 min zu Fuß. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Blick über den Platz. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Alles war sehr sauber. Samstags war es allerdings durch das Leben auf dem Platz noch um 2 Uhr nachts sehr laut, daher am besten Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten, wenn wir in Haro sind. Allerdings fand ich 30€ für den 5 min entfernten Parkplatz für 2 Nächte zu teuer."
