"Solo tuvimos dos detalles con la limpieza, el primer día dejaron una de nuestras habitaciones abiertas todo el día después de la limpieza y al siguiente día no limpiaron "

"Buena estancia, tranquilidad, buena vista a la ciudad, excelente comodidad en las camas, servicio de limpieza de 10 (Sra de limpieza asignada a la Hab.504 - Odelaida, creo!!!). Desayuno muy bueno.
Obeservaciones; Falta de letreros para llegar al hotel, apesar que esta junto al callejon del Beso. Agregar servicio de cafe en las habitaciones, ya que al ser un pueblo magico. No todas partes habren muy temprano y estaria excelente poder degustar un cafe en cada balcon del hotel.

"It’s a beautiful old building, the room was nicely updated. Sits right in the city center making it very convenient to walk everywhere. Staff was super friendly and helpful, minus the GM, he was rude and pretentious."
"The room was spacious and clean. The bed and bedding were super confortable! Everything worked: the internet, the hot water, the a/c, the toilet, etc… the view of the terrasse is breathtaking. Only met one employee but he was very kind. Getting to the city center is very easy on foot from the hotel. Overall, best hotel I have stayed in while in Mexico."

"The hotel service was amazing. The staff went out of their way for anything we needed. The room we stayed at (Pilar) was awesome, super clean and fantastic bed. It also had an entry living room and balcony. And the bar on the terrace made great drinks to wrap up our days. Music there was a bit loud though. "
