They are incredibly kind, always helpful, and genuinely go out of their way to assist with anything you need. The hotel itself is spotless, and the breakfast buffet is absolutely excellent. At night it's a fairly quiet street, there are two or three bars, foot massage, and Hmong broidery shops very near the hotel. A 5 minute walk and you're in the pedestrian zone with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. So it is in good proximity if you want to be in the vity center. Secondly, the views were spectacular! We were lucky to catch a few sunrises and sunsets and they were breathtaking! Lastly, our room was clean and we used the pool and gym every morning! "Wonderful stay at Fansipan View hotel. We arrived early on the overnight bus from Hanoi and were able to leave our luggage prior to check in. They also have one shower on the main floor for guests to use. Linh, at front desk, was super helpful in providing recommendations on places to visit. The hotel room is as shown in photos. The daily breakfast includes a selection of local and western cuisine with different options provided daily. Easy access to local attractions by Grab/taxi or scooter. "
