"Nice setting. Nice rooms."

"Beautiful property, with two caveats. First, it should be illegal to have third floor rooms without an elevator...really unpleasant to lug luggage up and down stairs. Second, the parking lot is VERY dark at night. I left at 4am and found it very challenging to navigate back out to the highway. The rooms are very nice."

This place is truly beyond amazing! I was impressed from...

"This place was lovely. First glance it looks a little run down, things need paint, weeds around but the room was VERY clean and comfortable and the morning breakfast was delightful. Bed was great, pillows were great, shower was great. Highly recommend."

"We liked the layout, well designed cabins. Of our two weeks travels staying in several different motels/Hotels, this was our favorite."

"If you require ADA accommodation do not book this location. There are no mobility features such as grab bars for toilet or shower. It is however a comfortable lodging for this excellent southeast Utah area with many attractions including the local Twin Rocks trading post and cafe for breakfast and lunch."

"I would never stay at this motel again, the locks did not work on the doors, the beds were very old and they had no blankets on the bed. The towels were paper thin and the room was very musty. I usually try to find at least one positive thing to say about every place I stay; but, I just can’t think of one for this place. Avoid at all cost!"
