This property far exceeded our expectations! It was a lovely facility and grounds with fantastic views of the bluffs in that area. The restaurant on the property named the Duke had great gourmet meals. The breakfast was a real treat with fresh fruit and yogurt, home-cooked potatoes, meat, great fresh eggs. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We asked the owner for an extra chair in our room and he brought it to us immediately. We felt very safe at this facility. We stayed in one of their cabins, and the beds were very comfortable and the room was very large. They are in the process of improving the grounds, so it will even be nicer next year. I would highly recommend this resort.

Overall, Desert Rose Resort is rather nice...and unexpected in Bluff, UT. A little disappointed in the maintenance, given the relatively new resort itself; toilet seat was not attached. Although the main road is next door, on a Sunday evening and night, minimal noise. The overall atmosphere is rather nice, especially sitting on the balconies in the evening, and they continue construction on additional cabins and such. Restaurant was closed, so no advice to give. Worth a visit, especially, if just passing through!
