"Our stay was very interesting, to say the least. First, the hotel was very nice and the entire staff was very professional, pleasant, and went above and beyond. Second, but more importantly, I want to tell you that ‘Sandy’ was outstanding and very thoughtful. On Sunday, 06/22/25, during the evening hours, my husband experienced the onset of his first kidney stone, which led to an ambulance ride to a local hospital. Sandy was a tremendous help to me during this time by handling the logistics for me since we were out of our element, so to speak. She even checked on use later. I think your company needs to know that she is an outstanding representative for you, and serves you well. She deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you for all your help Sandy!"

"The pool open"

"This property is new, clean, and in a great location! It’s like being at a tropical resort in the mountains! Rooms are spacious. Great pools/hot tub/lazy river. Pool bar and inside bar is great and drinks are delicious! I only have 2 negatives: the beds were comfortable but bring your own pillow. The pillows were terrible! Also, we weren’t a fan of the complimentary breakfast. There are lots of kids at this resort and breakfast was a free for all. Do yourself a favor and get breakfast at the Sunliner at the bottom of the hill. Outstanding! We had a great stay and will 100% stay at this resort again!!! "

"A bear visited our truck two nights in a row! They are serious when they say don’t leave anything in your vehicles. We left an unopened bag of birdseed in the bed. One less softcover truck bed cover and bag of birdseed later! Totally our fault! We would go back in a heartbeat (w/o birdseed!)! Wonderful indoor pool area for kids! Great dining and bar options. Loved our 5-day stay!"

"Great place! Beware of the up charge for ‘resort fee’ and ‘local tax’, it adds $60 plus to your bill. Hotel was super nice, food was really good and staff was top notch. "

"Good value with daily breakfast buffet. Nice indoor pool is open until 1am. Lots of families but that’s what pigeon forge is all about. Only papa John’s allowed to deliver on site. All other food deliveries must be received off property. "
