"Staff was kind and helpful. Only issues were room service didn't get our order right, and there was a guy painting and sanding in the hall at 10:00 PM but that's minor compared to what went well. Nice beds, clean and well-appointed rooms. Little touches that made us smile. Very kind front desk. Nice property. Quiet and centrally located."
"Myself and my wife really enjoy this place. First time we ever stay in a place like this that you shared the bathrooms.
The bathrooms were always keep clean and had plenty of them on the floor, for every fours rooms was a full bathroom. I would stay here again, a little noisy at night from traffic, police vehicles and fire trucks because of old original windows that didn’t stop noise. But u come to New York to party, u can sleep when u get back home. "
"This hotel was absolutely wonderful! Great location with easy access to subway stations, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was very courteous and the room was very nice! We had a small issue with our room, but the hotel manager (Fatima), along with Kristy and Mercedes made it right and then some! We will definitely be back!!"
"Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed and the location offers great dining choices and the subway is at your doorstep. Room was quiet and size was adequate despite being in Manhattan. "
"What a gem! It's a great location, not quite 2 blocks from the 1-2-3 line, and the 2-3 takes you directly to Times Square in about 4 minutes. There are tons of places to eat, plus a grocery store right across the street.
There really were none of the annoying things that can happen in historic buildings -- the water pressure was great, the elevators were zippy, and all the staff was SO NICE and HELPFUL. I stayed for 5 nights and I'm really not ready to go home."
"I stayed at Arlo Soho in NYC Aug. 6-8. Their Hotels.com profile included free Wi-Fi and gym in the amenities. However, I was charged an additional “resort fee” of $34/day for Wi-Fi, gym, “bike access,” and two cans of water. Ripoff!"
