"My favorite place to stay when I visit NYC!! Staff is very nice and helpful. The rooftop view is AMAZING. Checking in and checking out is a breeze. So many places close by to go eat or visit. Make sure you visit the bodega 5 min from Pod. They are open 24 hrs and have so much to offer! The make fresh juices. Delicious"
"One’s initial reaction is to the tiny size of the room. But it is extremely well planned with everything you need and a place for everything you have - unlike many hotels it even has a safe. Everywhere was extremely clean and as we were a “ middle of the building” room there wasn’t a sound through the night. There was a delightful selection of croissants, et cetera, with plenty coffee and orange juice every morning. You can take your coffee and croissant to the top floor where there is seating...
"Your info on Hotels.com stated there was a breakfast included which it was not! I feel you should offer breakfast at the adjoining restaurant or update the info."
"We appreciated the size of the rooms and having a small kitchenette. We loved the location which was easily walkable to many parts of midtown and popular sightseeing spots. The subway was 1 block away which made our overall trip very easy to navigate. We would stay at the San Carlos again. "

"This hotel is well centers in Midtown Manhattan. Walkable to Central Station, Central Park, 5th Ave, Madison Avenue, Times Square and the broadway shows. The staff is extremely friendly. I will definitely be staying here on my trips to NYC."
"First night was in a very loud room on the second floor on the corner of 37th and Lex. I asked to be moved to a quiet room-- there are rooms facing "the couryard" which mostly means behind the building -- switched to a quiet room on the 7th floor and it was perfect-- probably the most quiet hotel room in NYC I've stayed in. The new restaurant in the lobby has great food-- and friendly staff. "
"We had a very pleasant two-night stay here. The room was clean, the service was excellent, and the location was very convenient—everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.
One suggestion: it would be great to have a mini refrigerator in the room. Our deluxe king room had a well-stocked minibar, but there wasn’t any space for us to store our own items.
Other than that, we have no complaints. We enjoyed our stay and might gladly return."
"Stayed at the Indigo with my partner and teenage children. The hotel is trendy and the rooms were nice and clean. The rooftop bar and pool are nice, but I wish the pool was open past 5 PM (and the water could have been much warmer). The neighbourhood is super lively with a lot going on until very late. We would stay there again for sure."

Decent city price for a conveniently located downtown hotel with clean, spacious room and helpful staff. Appreciated their dining recommendation w/in walking: Il Corso, family owned and operated for 30+? years. Great Italian food."
