Pros - great location, convenient to train station and sights, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good breakfast Cons - stuffy and hot room, no space to put our carryon size bags, no venting or window in the bathroom, a jug but no tea/coffee in room, felt dated

Our room was clean and efficient. Location to the chateau and dining was great. Blois is a very small town, but so cute and quaint. The only downside is the fact that the property does not have air conditioning, and our stay was during the heat wave of June 2026. I would recommend skipping their breakfast, as there are better options super close by. The staff were nice and helpful.

This hotel was perfect for our needs of travelling through France. The beds were firm and comfy, and the bathroom and bedroom spacious and clean. The hotel staff were also friendly and nice. Breakfast is VERY self service, but totally fine. Beware that Blois has a demanted one-waysystem. Driving through it using an English sat nav courtsey of Google Maps resulted in some shocking errors. There are plenty of nice restaurants near the hotel too. Recommended.

Front door/desk not open when we arrived just before noon even though it is stated that it is open until 12:30. Thankfully, a friendly woman outside the door helped us get a hold of hotel staff to get a code to get us into the hotel and out of the heat. Our room was not air-conditioned though I'm quite sure that I read it was when we booked.

Bon matelas. Drap de qualité médiocre. Pas de parking gratuit pour la clientèle.

A éviter
