The breakfast food was great. I ate at the restaurant one evening, and had lovely, fresh fish and chips. Unfortunately, I was not very hungry the next night, and wanted to order one of the advertised “small dishes”. But in that case I had to order two - that was the minimum order. "Great hotel for a 1 night working stopover "

"Room was in good condition and bed excellent. The heating was poor and the wall heater made noises but didn't work. A few issues regarding not emptying bins and replacing cups, but overall everything was satisfactory. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were given a complimentary breakfast on the last morning, it was very enjoyable. Thank you. Monique & Stuart"

"Clean room and shower. Comfortable bed. First night was really noisy and we couldn’t sleep (room 104 , just in front of the reception door) but next day, lovely lady from reception gave us a room on first floor, at the end of corridor and we slept really well! Thanks for her! Also, they have really good restaurant, we had awesome dinner there. "

"The hotel was absolutely perfect. Lovely rooms. Very clean throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great. Fabulous choice at breakfast. Perfect location for attending events at the OVO or just a 30 minute walk to city center. The hotels famous Sky bar was perfect for relaxing and having a few drinks."

"Staff were very helpful and keen to serve us. The two guys who looked after us went above and beyond. When I asked about leaving a gratuity on the card payment they advised it will take some time for them to see any of it. Is that correct?"

"A little tricky to find your way in the first time by car but well worth the effort. An excellent value hotel. I could happily have stayed for a week had it been in a holiday resort and not East Kilbride. Looks a bit like you are in East Germany from the outside but it’s lovely on the inside. I am booking again for next month. "

"The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food is good. The wi fi was a little slow on my last day but otherwise very good. The disabled access bathroom was excellent in my room. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back."

"The hotel needs renovation.The food in the restaurant was terrible and expensive! if you order a pie or smoked fish, know that they are bought from a supermarket and are just reheated. "
