A few stray hairs in the bathroom let the side down. Ask to be moved if you're put in room 3! Breakfast bought on site is half the price via Expedia. Tasty, huge amounts. Friendly, helpful staff.

The hotel is convenient for the train and for my needs while in Motherwell. For our room, there were a lot of stairs which could be a problem for some. Room was was not the cleanest - carpet had a bit of debris and there was a sock from a previous guest in the closet. Bathroom was clean, however and water pressure was good. No safe in the room asan added FYI. Overall, fine but not more than that.

This is a well located hotel with parking. It’s dog friendly and there’s a park within a couple of minutes. The staff are all excellent but sometimes there aren’t enough (especially during a busy breakfast). The rooms are a bit tired but they’re fine for the price.
