Balcony room a little bit small but the balcony was brilliant as was the weather.the staff were fantastic nothing was to much trouble.overall a superb weekend.we will be back.
We only had the weekend but it was well worth having .tThe Hotel was very convenient being on the seafront betwen the south and central piers so only a short walk to the funfair Sancastle etc and a tram ride or bus to the town centre and the Tower. The trams only resumed on the Sunday for the 1st time since the lockdown.Room was ok apart from a problem with tv but staff and food was both good and more than enough weather wasn't so good but it is Summer after all.Overall a great stay,
.Overallagreat place to stay in.
Booked in very short time. The hotel was very accommodating, booked Late check out which benefited us as still wanted to spend the day there.
Staff are very friendly — talkative and helpful.
Will be booking again for a long weekend

julie. maz and rest staff were fab very helpful rooms lovely and cosy. entertainment was fab over new year .this is twice weve stayed here at hotel and will come back in summer next year
Good location, rooms reasonably priced and was just what we needed for a night away - although small-ish for staying any extended period of time. Staff were friendly and the hotel itself was nice enough. Bit of a rabbit warren of rooms so if you find stairs difficult then mention it on booking. Only thing I didn't like was the 10am check out - very early in comparison to other hotels.
The location is excellent, on the promenade, opposite the tram stop which takes you to town or pleasure beach, but also only about 10 min walk from town & main attractions.Room was clean. Good breakfast & lovely to be able to sit outside on terrace & watch the sea. Staff were all very friendly & happy to help. Would definitely stay again.
Working in Blackpool and supporting local hotels and have to give credit when due great staff very comfortable clean room
Breakfast for £7.50 was really nice and the evening entertainment certainly was worth watching!
Parking is a bit dodgy as all local roads are residents parking zone now
No problems with the room or the service at all. Nice hotel, good location, good, reasonably priced beer.
A system error between Hotels.com and the hotel meant the room I paid for was unavailable and I was placed in a room where we had to move the beds together. The hotel itself gave us some tokens as a way to ease the blow, while Hotels.com took 5 weeks to sort any sort of compensation out.
Booked late and arrived late, friendly and capable check in. Room small but adequate for a one night stay. Good entertainment that night. Excellent shower, good towels and very good breakfast.

Our stay was ok.
Positives
Room was clean.
Julie the manager was lovely
We got a decent parking space and £7 for this is good value
Nice bar within complex
Negatives
There was no windows throughout stairway to the room, so was way too warm.
Windows moldy and only the smaller top windows you could open
We got back to the hotel at around 10.30. When does the entertainment happen as we did not see any?
I did not sample the buffer breakfast but its a shame this is not included in the room rate rather than an extra cost as £80 is a lot for room only. Can I ask though, why do you not cook to order instead of a bugget?
Overall its an ok hotel for one night.
Good location. Staff very helpful and accommodating. However, the evening entertainment was not so good. Artists were performing to about half a dozen people. I book hotels in blackpool for comfort and evening entertainment - i dont like to go out at night in blackpool. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a complete shambles in terms of organisation . This hotel was full. The food was buffet style , but there was not enough food on the buffet . i observed lots of people complaining to the poor young waitress. I shall not be returning to this hotel.
The room was incredible small and very cramped. The pillows were like boulders - hard and solid. There were damp stains on one of the duvet covers - it was changed when I complained to reception. The noise insulation between our room and next doors bathroom was non-existent. Every time they turned their taps on there was a very loud gushing noise in our bedroom.
The sea view was in fact a small dormer window which gave a sea view if you were standing up.
The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean, our room was very tiny but had everything you need, the prices are ok they just got our food order wrong
Lovely hotel, helpful and friendly staff. Great location on the prom, half way between the pleasure beach and central pier. Nice bar that serves food.

Generally it was a good holiday for me and my two children. Their shower in the twin room did not function for a day because of leaking and there was an awful smell in their room overnight which was unfair for them. Their room was number 27. My room number 29, you could hear the person next door because of a very creaky floor board and it would be the same noise with them as it connected between both rooms. Generally the staff were very professional and did their jobs very well.
Welcomed by a very warm hotel with lots of outside space and indoor modern seating area. We booked three balcony double rooms so that we could have the extra space inside and out and for the little extra it’s so worth it. Shower was super strong and all very clean. Bed was ok nothing like home 😊 breakfast was a very pleasant surprise with fully cooked English and toast already prepared cereal yogurt and porridge for healthier options ...
Really liked that you had to use your key card to enter the stairs to the bedrooms.
Late bar open for residents with live music albeit we didn't partake as attending footy and local bars.
Would definitely recommend this hotel was quiet after the music finished and was so nice to wake up to the Seaview. Parking around the corner and car was safe and secure during our stay.
All staff were helpful and happy
