Appartment very clean and well equipped the tv wasn't working properly and the water in shower was very hot and we couldn't turn temperature down location excellent for our needs reported shower and they dealt with . The only criticism was the outside and lobby area needed a good clean .Would definitely stay again

Booked for 4 people to share 2 double beds and 1 double sofa bed ,apartment only had 1 double bed ,called Sasco only to be told, yes Hotels.com list it with 2 wrongly. Thermostat hanging off the wall ,sofa bed stained, kitchen tap broken as well as blinds broken, had to pay £200.00 damage deposit so you feel on edge about do they know about existing damage, so you have to go around taking pictures of everything broken, Sasco did offer a refund at 7.30pm on a Saturday night in Blackpool to stop somewhere else, but decided to stop and make do with property as you cant really wonder about Blackpool on a Saturday night looking for somewhere to stay.
