"Very disappointing experience at Zephyr Ifrane. We stayed one week in a two bedroom suite with our family and the apartment was completely invaded by ants everywhere: kitchen, bathroom, living room and even the beds, which made it impossible to sleep. Soumaya was fantastic with our endless requests and questions. And then Adil, Ibrahim, and Ayoub were charming/funny, professional, and hard working.
