"The server in the bar was amazing. Other than that the apartment was dirty, the sink was leaking, the door didn’t lock and we had no towels. We stayed there for the pools and one was filthy and the other was drained so none were opened. "

I was treated so graciously that I immediately felt at home. I'll definitely be going back to this five star resort!"

"First day we didn’t get hot water. It is challenging to communicate with staff due to none knows English well. Rooms are clean , staff is disorganized. "
